Caroline Schreiber

Caroline is an experienced arts marketer with a passion for dance and making culture accessible to all. In 2008, Caroline started working as a marketer for Laban Theatre with an ambition to broaden the theatre’s reach and diversifying its audience. Whilst working, she completed a Marketing Diploma enjoying rubbing shoulders with colleagues from the private sector and bringing rigorous theory to the cultural industry. She then worked as PR and Marketing manager for Theatre Centre, a children’s theatre company focused on new writing. She took the company through a re-branding and website overhaul before moving back to the world of dance as Marketing Manager at The Place in 2012.

Caroline also works as a freelance Marketing Executive for artists she admires including Hagit Yakira dance and Lizzi Kew Ross and Co.

Natalie Phillips

Natalie is an experienced, personable and creative Front of House, Events and Box Office Manager dedicated to creating highly productive environments by combining the efficient operation with an expert strategic approach to planning. After completing a degree in Performing Arts, Natalie joined the Ambassador Theatre Group where she developed her expertise in arts ticketing system and customer experience. Natalie’s track records and inspiring and personable approach quickly opened doors for her to train other ATG teams and work on consultancy, problem-solving basis across theatres based in Birmingham, York, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes.

In 2011 Natalie joined The Place leading the operations team to improve events and audience experience. Since then, she has revolutionised the way The Place approaches ticketing (lead the allocated seating implementation project resulting in better customer service and earlier booking patterns), improved the audience experience and formed a sustainable long-term financial plan focusing on developing the Front of House experience as a whole (through training, infrastructure and work processes).
