Carolyn Royston is an independent consultant who has over 15 years’ experience working in the cultural sector specialising in transforming the way cultural organisations use digital technologies to reach, engage and inspire their audiences.
Previously, she was Head of Digital at Imperial War Museums (IWM) where she was responsible for the strategic development, management and delivery of digital media across the museum.
During her time at IWM, she transformed the museum’s approach to digital engagement so that it is now central to organisational thinking and planning.
