Emma’s current role as Digital Manager at AKA involves working with museums and galleries across the UK including the Science Museum, Imperial War Museum, Natural History Museum, V&A and others. Her work delivers impactful and insightful full service marketing campaigns which include creative development, design, analytics, audience profiling, data acquisition, social engagement and paid media across all channels.

She previously worked for Royal Museums Greenwich and Audiences London (now The Audience Agency), and was recently a committee member of the Museums Computer Group.

Emma has spoken about social media, digital marketing and audience engagement at a number of conferences and events in Europe and the US and is passionate about using data effectively to inform decision making, to report on value and to develop new ideas to answer challenges.
