Following roles in audience development and research for Arts Council of Wales, JoJo joined Artichoke as a Communications Officer in 2013. In her first year at the company she was part of the team that delivered two major Lumiere light festivals in Durham and Derry~Londonderry, attended by a combined audience of 354,000.

With such large audience numbers, coupled with the challenges brought with the majority of events being free and un-ticketed, JoJo is interested in how digital tools can be used enhance the ‘live’ experience of Artichoke events and deepen audience engagement.
