Tom Beardshaw

Tom is a founder and partner of the award-winning digital and social media company NativeHQ that helps people use social media intelligently and creatively. He is a digital strategist with a background in anthropology, multiplatform production and social ethics and specialises in the human dimensions of online communications and community building.

NativeHQ has a broad client base across arts, heritage, broadcast, politics and government, business, charities and social enterprises including the Welsh Government, Arts Council of Wales, National Theatre Wales and Battersea Arts Centre. 
They conduct organisational reviews and develop digital strategies, build online communities, design multiplatform productions, run social media campaigns and deliver training processes that combine the technical, social and organisational aspects of using the social web effectively.

Tom has pioneered networked, multiplatform adaptations in the theatre sector, developing a hyper-connected approach to shows like National Theatre Wales’ The Passion with Michael Sheen, The Radicalisation of Bradley Manning, and Theatr Genedlaethol’s Y Bont.

Tom is also a member of the Association for Coaching.
